Requirements for Spousal Open work permit:
International students must be successfully advancing in their studies and enrolled full-time in any authorised learning institution that qualifies for the PGWP.
In order to invite their spouse to join them on an open work permit, holders of open work permits must be employed full-time.
Workers in the low pay stream (LMIA-based) are required to fulfil certain additional skill type (Teer) requirements.
